Your Convention Name Badge

If you have paid in full or have submitted a PO to TCEA, you will receive an email confirmation with a QR code which allows you to proceed to the quick-print badge printing line to receive your badge and convention bag with program materials.

If you have not paid in full or need to register onsite, you can pay check, credit card, or purchase order. You must have a physical copy of the purchase order.

Name Badge Policies

TCEA name badges must be worn by attendees during all convention events. Attendee badges have a scanable code which contains the information collected during registration. Exhibitors may ask your permission to scan the badge in order to capture this information. If you do not wish to share the information with them you may decline their request, but please do not mark through or cover your code. It must be readable.

 

Pre-registration is not required for Premium Workshops and Academies

Academies identified with full-day commitment require you to check in at the location and time stated in the program in order to attend any of the presentations scheduled in accordance with it. All Premium Registration attendees may check-in on a first-come, firstseated basis until the academy reaches capacity.

 

Certificate of Attendance and CPE Form

Most of the convention workshops and concurrent sessions are eligible for Continuing Professional Education
(CPE) hours. Each session will indicate its eligibility. Your attendance in each session that is eligible for CPE will be tracked by scanning your name badge upon entry, unless indicated as self-reporting CPE. Arriving late to a session may prevent you from having your badge scanned and that session will not be listed on your final Certificate of Attendance. Lost and Found

Lost and Found is located at Attendee Registration in Ballroom A. Please visit during the hours listed above to notify staff of lost items or to return found items. You may also email tceaoffice@tcea.org to report a misplaced item, and we will contact you when that item is returned.

 

Coat and Luggage Check

A coat and luggage check will be operating Monday through Friday, and will be located on level one, next to the TCEA membership area.

 

Food and Refreshments

Food and beverage kiosks will be located throughout the convention center for your convenience. The concession areas include freshly brewed coffee, soft drinks, and pre-prepared salads and sandwiches. During exhibit hours on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, a concession area will also be set up at the back of the exhibit hall.

Meals are not included with your convention registration.
